Service Overview
Our rolling and forming services cater to all industries, including printing, agriculture, grain storage, steel mills, mining, mineral processing, environmental and pollution control systems. We partner with many service and engineering firms to fabricate, replace, reverse engineer, & maintain many of their parts and assemblies. Our laser and programmable precision press break support our customer’s needs with accuracy, professionalism and quality. We often direct ship replacement parts worldwide.
- We roll and form products from light sheet metal machinery guards and enclosures to heavy transitions for the most severe industrial applications.
- Forming capacity equipment with advanced features:
9 Axis, Bed Crowning, Advanced CNC Back-gauge, Thickness Sensing, with 275 Ton Capacity. - Our rolled and formed products includes items such as ductwork, tanks, dryers, calciners, transitions, waste water systems, after burner assemblies, impellers, furnace roof & wall sections, many types of water cooled assemblies.
- Assemblies that are rolled can also be subject to certified welding, blasting, machining, assembly, painting, and installation
We can roll and form a variety of metals and gauges.
